"- Plaster: apply the clay directly to the skin in a layer of 1 to 2 cm thickness and allow it to operate for 1 to 2 hours before washing off. - Poultice: spread a 2 cm thick layer of clay in the middle of a piece of linen, fold the four corners, and apply directly to the region that has to be treated. Remove as much clay as possible from both casings before washing thoroughly with lukewarm water. Keep the clay moist at all times. Application of a thick layer of the mask, followed by a 10-minute resting period. After rinsing with lukewarm water, pat dry. Make a clean swab over your skin.
