"Uriage Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover 100ml removes make-up from the eyes and lips of those with sensitive skin in a rapid and efficient manner.
Its bi-phase make-up remover formulation is made up of two phases: a fatty phase that dissolves waterproof formulations and an aqueous phase that keeps the greasy sensation to a bare minimum after removal."
Aqua (Water), Isohexadecane, 1-2 Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Centaurea Cyanus Flower Water, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Citric Acid, CI 42090 (Blue 1).
Before using the bottle, give it a good shake. Gentle pat the eyelids, eyelashes, and lips using a cotton pad that has been soaked in water. Avoid rubbing the eyes.
